15.03.010 City engineering services.

The city shall contract for engineering services with an individual or engineering firm pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW, as now exists or as may be hereafter amended. (Ord. 99-14 § 1, 1999)

15.03.020 Applicants and developer engineering fees reimbursement.

All applicants for development of other than a single building permit for a single-family dwelling shall be required in addition to other fees set forth in this Title 15 or in other provisions of this code, to reimburse the city for the actual costs incurred by the city for services provided by consulting engineers relating to the application or development proposal. Failure to reimburse the city for engineering fees incurred by the city after written notice from the city to the applicant, shall result in denial of final occupancy approval for structures or in the case of a nonstructure development, nonapproval of the development phase involved.
