Areas which are prone to flooding and which are identified in the Federal Emergency Management Administration Flood Insurance Rate Maps shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 08-02 § 3, 2008)
18.12A.020 Regulation.
All development within areas of special flood hazard as identified in the Federal Emergency Management Administration Flood Insurance Rate Maps for the city of East Wenatchee shall be subject to the requirements of city of East Wenatchee Flood Hazard Areas Ordinance, Chapter 15.44 EWMC, as amended.
