EATONVILLE MUNICIPAL COURT

2.24.010 Established.
Pursuant to the authority granted under RCW 3.50.010, there is hereby established a municipal court, which shall be entitled the municipal court of the town of Eatonville, which court shall have jurisdiction and exercise all powers declared to be vested in the municipal court pursuant to the authority of Chapter 3.50 RCW as currently enacted or as subsequently amended, together with such other powers and jurisdiction as are generally conferred upon municipal courts of this state either by common law or by expressed statute. Pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, as codified in Chapter 39.34 RCW, the town of Eatonville will contract with other municipalities to provide the court services. (Ord. 2024-02 § 2, 2024).
