17.17.010 Planned unit development.

A planned development is intended to provide for different and/or unique ways or concepts in establishing a unified development. Techniques such as higher-density lots with larger common greenbelts and open area, smaller or no side yard setbacks, clustering of building sites, etc., may be used in planned unit development. The land division process shall be the same as the preliminary plat and shall follow the requirements and review and approvals of the preliminary plat. The planned unit development shall also be in accordance with the zoning code per EMC Title 18. (Ord. 92-9 § 3, 1992).
