R-1 LOW DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

18.07.010 Purpose.
The R-1 district is designated to create a semi-rural low density single-family environment and allow for certain limited agricultural pursuits. Another important function of the majority of the R-1 district is to provide a buffer between the agricultural uses in the county and the higher density uses within the city. (Ord. 2537 §§ 2, 3 (Exh.
