CARCASS DISPOSAL WITH ANIMAL SHELTER

6.12.010 Director authorized.
The director of the Everett animal shelter or his/her designee is authorized to establish fees to be charged to those persons, firms or corporations which deposit animal carcasses at the Everett animal shelter. (Ord. 1402-87 § 1, 1987)
6.12.020 Requirements.
No person, firm or corporation shall deposit any animal carcass at the Everett animal shelter without first obtaining written permission from the director of the Everett animal shelter or his/her designee and having paid the required fee as established by the director of the Everett animal shelter or his/her designee. (Ord. 1402-87 § 2, 1987)
6.12.030 Violation—Penalty.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every unauthorized deposit of animal carcasses, and upon conviction of any such violation, such person, firm or corporation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
