PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS

13.76.010 Development and dissemination.
The mayor and/or the director of public works is hereby authorized to develop, disseminate, revise and update design and construction standards and specifications for utility work, work in the public right-of-way or in easements, and all other work performed pursuant to construction-related permits issued by the city of Everett. 13.76.020 Copy on file.
A copy of the current design and construction standards and specifications shall be on file with the city clerk and the public works department. (Ord. 898-82 § 2, 1982)
13.76.030 Other terms and conditions.
Said design and construction standards and specifications shall be in addition to such specific terms and conditions as may be established for any permit issued by the city. (Ord. 898-82 § 3, 1982)
