9.10.020 Provoking assault.
Every person who shall by word, sign, or gesture willfully provoke another person to commit an assault or breach the peace is guilty of a simple misdemeanor. [Ord. 677 § 14, 2008.]
9.10.030 Threats to bomb or injure property.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to threaten to bomb or otherwise injure any public or private school building, place of worship or public assembly, or any other building, common carrier, structure or place used for human occupancy; or to communicate or repeat any information concerning such a threatened bombing or injury, knowing such information is communicated or repeated. Violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor.
B. It shall not be a defense to any prosecution under this section that the threatened bombing or injury was a hoax. [Ord. 677 § 14, 2008.]
