CONTINGENCY FUND

3.48.010 Created.
Pursuant to RCW 35A.33.145 there is hereby created and established as of January 1, 1988, a new fund in the accounting system of the city of Fife to be known as the contingency fund. After December 31, 2012, such fund shall be maintained under the authority of RCW 35A.34.250. (Ord. 1776 § 8, 2012; Ord. 930 § 1, 1987).
