ADOPTION OF STATE PROVISIONS

9.07.010 Automatic amendments.

The amendment or repeal by the Washington State Legislature of any of the statutes adopted by reference in FMC Title 9 shall be deemed to automatically amend said title in conformity therewith, and it shall not be necessary for the legislative authority of the city to take any action with respect to such amendments or repealers. (Ord. 1266 § 2, 1997).
