15.75.010 Authority to require demolition permits.

Chapter 33 of the 2021 International Building Code (IBC), as adopted by reference in Chapter 15.04 FMC, grants the authority to regulate the demolition of buildings, structures, and utilities, which includes the ability to establish a permit procedure and charge for said permits. 15.75.020 Permitting process.

The demolition permitting process is governed by the Fife community development department. (Ord. 1809 § 3, 2012).
