The city of Fircrest hereby adopts the classification of noncharter code city for the city of Fircrest. (Ord. 955 § 1, 1990).
1.08.020 Plan of government retained.
In adopting the classification of noncharter code city for the city of Fircrest, the city of Fircrest shall retain the council manager plan of government under which the city of Fircrest is presently operating. (Ord. 955 § 2, 1990).
1.08.030 Filing of copies.
A certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be forwarded by the clerk of the city of Fircrest to the Secretary of State for filing in the office of the Secretary of State. (Ord. 955 § 3, 1990).
1.08.040 Effective date.
Upon filing of a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter in the office of the Secretary of State, the city of Fircrest shall thereafter be classified as a noncharter code city. (Ord. 955 § 4, 1990).
