2.06.010 Bonding of city officers and employees.

All officers and employees of the city shall be covered by a blanket bond conditioned on the honest and faithful performance of their official duties, including coverage for employee dishonesty, theft, disappearance and destruction, in an amount of not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars annually, with a forgery endorsement in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars, provided, that the city council may increase such amounts by resolution.  (Ord. 1215 § 2, 1997)
