TURNS

10.08.010 U-turns.
It is unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle upon the public streets or highways of this city to execute a u-turn or to turn his vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction at any other point than at street intersections or street ends; provided, however, that u-turns are prohibited under any circumstances at any four-way stop intersection.
