ADVANCE TRAVEL EXPENSE FUND

3.08.010 Created – Custodian.
There is created a revolving working fund to be known as the “advance travel expense revolving fund,” and the custodian of said fund shall be the city treasurer. (1964 code § 1.40.060).
3.08.020 Balance – Transfers.
The initial deposit in said fund and the balance to be kept in said fund is the sum of $1,000. The treasurer is authorized and directed to make transfers into said fund by check. (Ord. 1158 § 1, 1986; 1964 code § 1.40.061).
3.08.030 Checking account title.
The custodian of the fund shall open a checking account in the city’s usual banking agency entitled “Advance Travel Expense Account, City Treasurer, Custodian.” (1964 code § 1.40.062).
3.08.040 Management and operation.
The account shall be managed and operated in accord with the state of Washington BARS manual dealing with advance travel expense revolving funds together with any amendments thereto a copy of which is on file at the office of the city treasurer and is incorporated herein by reference.
