GENERAL CLAIM FUND

3.20.010 Created.
There is created a general claim fund from which all warrants of the city, in payment of duly audited accounts, shall be drawn, except salaries, and the clerk and treasurer of the city are directed to charge from the fund to the various budgeted items the appropriate amounts chargeable thereto, in accord with RCW 35.21.085. (1964 code § 1.40.050).
