PETTY CASH FUND

3.36.010 Created.
There is created a petty cash fund to be established in the amount of $700.00 in the office of the city treasurer. The petty cash fund shall be utilized by the city department heads for the purpose of purchasing postage and items requiring small expenditures. 3.36.020 Delivery of records to council.
A record of all expenses in petty cash fund shall be delivered monthly to the city council at the first meeting held each month and the fund shall be maintained by transfers of city funds by the city treasurer in an amount to reimburse expenditures approved by the city council.
