STREET BEAUTIFICATION

12.12.010 Authorized.
Property owners of property adjoining streets of the city are authorized to install benches and flower boxes upon the sidewalks adjoining the streets. The flower boxes, or benches, must be installed so that they project not more than 18 inches out onto the sidewalk from the property or street line. (1964 code § 9.12.010).
