The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings of the International Conference of Building Officials, 1997 Edition, is adopted in its entirety by the city, and said code is incorporated in this chapter by reference. (Ord. 2008-3 § 2).

15.40.020 Amendments and additions.

All future amendments and additions to the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings of the International Conference of Building Officials, when printed and filed with the city clerk, shall be considered and accepted as amendments and additions to this chapter. (Ord. 2008-3 § 2).

15.40.030 Violation – Enforcement – Penalties.

Violations of this chapter shall be enforced and penalties imposed in accordance with Chapter 15.72 GMC. (Ord. 2010-19 § 1; Ord. 2008-3 § 2).
