15.52.010 Adopted.
The 2015 International Energy Conservation Code as amended and incorporated in Chapters 51-11C and 51-11R WAC is hereby adopted by the city as its energy code and said code is incorporated in this chapter by reference. (Ord. 2016-19 § 1; Ord. 2013-20 § 1; Ord. 2008-3 § 2).
15.52.020 Future amendments and additions.
All future amendments and additions to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code of the state of Washington by the State Building Code Council, when printed and one copy thereof has been filed with the appropriate department, shall be considered and accepted as amendments and additions to this chapter. 15.52.030 Violation – Enforcement – Penalties.
Violations of this chapter shall be enforced and penalties imposed in accordance with Chapter 15.72 GMC. (Ord. 2016-19 § 1; Ord. 2010-21 § 1; Ord. 2008-3 § 2).
