9.28.020 Injuring property.

It is unlawful to maliciously cut, mar, injure, deface, spoil, break or destroy any fence, sidewalk, house, building, tree, plant or other property of another, whether real or personal, or any public property within the city, whether real or personal property; or, without municipal authority, to deface, mutilate, tear down or destroy any bulletin, poster, advertisement, notice, signboard or signpost within the corporate limits of the city. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor. [Ord. 859 § 4, 2013; Ord. 523, 1994.]
