19.09.010 Schedule of land use fees and deposits.

Fees and deposits for various services, actions and permits regarding land use as per the unified development code shall be as established by resolution of the city council. No final land use action, short plat acceptance, or final plat acceptance shall occur until all fees have been paid to the city. [Ord. 986 § 1, 2020; Ord. 905 § 1 (Att.
