9.05.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined or imprisoned as set forth in the statutes adopted by reference in this title. All violations of the provisions of this title for which no other penalty is established shall be deemed misdemeanors and shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of not more than 90 days, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than $1,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. [Ord. 282 § 3, 1994]
