d) The fee for residential square footage valuation is based on building valuation data established by International Code Council, Building Safety Journal. Building valuation data is published in February and August of each year.

f) Base fee is the minimum amount charged per application. Additional time may be charged on an hourly basis. Applies to all department of community development permit applications and services.
