FLUORIDATION OF WATER

The city council authorizes and directs that a source of fluoridation approved by the State Department of Social and Health Services be added to the city water supply, under the rules and regulations of the State Department of Social and Health Services, such addition to be administered in a manner approved by the State Department of Social and Health Services, and in accordance with the laws of the state.
