9.04.012 Cause for dismissal.

9.04.014 Copy to be kept on file.
At least one authenticated copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter and a copy of the entire text of each statute adopted by reference herein shall be kept on file in the city clerk’s office or under his/her direction, together with any amendments made by the Legislature. 9.04.016 Exemptions.
The city is declared to be exempt from the provisions of subsection (4) of RCW 9.41.050, which provides that “no person may carry a firearm unless it is unloaded and is enclosed in an opaque case or secure wrapper.” (Ord. 3848 § 1, 2015; Ord. 3242 § 1, 1994)
9.04.020 Violation—Penalty.
Violation of any of the provisions contained in this chapter shall be punished as provided by state law, as now existing or as hereafter amended.
