JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

9.12.010 Violation—Penalty.
In all cases where any juvenile is dependent under the laws of the state, the parent or parents, legal guardian or person having custody of such juvenile and any other person who by any act or omission, encourages, causes or contributes to the dependency or delinquency of such juvenile, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.40 of this code, as it now exists or is hereafter amended.
