2.15.010 Claims for damages.
The city clerk is hereby appointed to be the City agent responsible for receiving claims for damages made under Chapter 4.96 RCW. Other than vacation, sick leave, and other temporary absences, the city clerk shall be available to receive claims for damages during normal City Hall business hours at Kenmore City Hall, 18120 68th Ave NE, Kenmore, WA 98028. If the city clerk is unavailable due to vacation, sick leave, or other temporary absences, then the deputy city clerk shall be the designated agent available to receive such claims during normal Kenmore City Hall business hours. All such claims for damages shall be presented in a manner consistent with RCW 4.96.020. [Ord. 24-0613 § 1 (Exh. A); Ord. 01-0117 § 1.]
