2.01.010 Term of existence.

Pursuant to RCW 35.14.060, the term of existence of the Houghton community municipal corporation is ended. (Ord. 4798 § 1, 2022)

2.01.020 Processes and procedures null and void.

References to processes and procedures related to the Houghton community municipal corporation in the municipal code are null and void effective July 9, 2022, and until such time as such provisions have been specifically repealed. (Ord. 4798 § 1, 2022)

2.01.030 Geographic boundaries and map designation.

References in the municipal code related to the Houghton community municipal corporation that pertain to land use and other regulations that apply within a specific geographic area shall refer to the geographic boundaries designated on the official Kirkland zoning map as the “Houghton Community Municipal Corporation Area.” (Ord. 4798 § 1, 2022)
