5.20.020 Transfer of fund balance.

The director of finance and administration shall have the authority, without the prior consent of the city council, to transfer the balance of an individual city fund to one or more other individual city funds. (Ord. 4416 § 26, 2013: Ord. 3573 § 42, 1997: Ord. 3426 § 3 (part), 1994)
