31.36.010 Parental control.
Upon the request of a subscriber, a cable operator shall make available to each subscriber, either for rent or for purchase or both, the option of blocking the video and audio portion of any channel or channels of programming entering the subscriber’s home. The control option shall be made available to all subscribers requesting it at the time that cable service is provided or within a reasonable time thereafter. (Ord. 4207 § 1 (part), 2009)
