VEHICLE RESERVE FUND FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT

3.10.010 Vehicle reserve fund for the street department.

(1) There is created a cumulative reserve fund to provide monies for future vehicle purchases by the street department.

(2) There shall be deposited into said fund such funds as are designated or appropriated by the city council of the city of Kittitas as reserve funds for the purchase of vehicles for use by the street department.

(3) All monies transferred to the fund by the city shall be held and utilized as provided herein.

(4) Expenditures from the fund shall be solely for the purchase of vehicles for use by the street department.

(5) The city clerk is authorized to do all things necessary and proper to cause this fund to be created and operated as directed herein. (Ord. 13-017 § 2).
