COMMUNITY HALL RENTAL RATES

12.12.040 Inspection – Refund or deduction of deposit.
12.12.010 Application.
An application and “rental agreement” must be filled out and kept on file in the office of the city clerk. The community hall shall only be rented to responsible adults. (Ord. 99-604 § 1).
12.12.020 Rates.

12.12.030 Damage deposit.

12.12.040 Inspection – Refund or deduction of deposit.
Following an inspection, performed by a qualified city representative, the deposit may be refunded. If the community hall is found to be clean and in proper order, full deposit refund will be made. Any damage found will be deducted from the deposit amount prior to refund. (Ord. 99-604 § 4).
12.12.050 Right to refuse.
The city has the right to refuse to rent the community hall for activities not suitable to the community. (Ord. 99-604 § 5).
12.12.060 Exemptions.
Receptions or parties that are open to the public, civic groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H groups or any similar groups will not be required to pay a rental fee, however, the deposit may be required. (Ord. 99-604 § 6).
