ANNEXATION FEES

2.45.010 Collection.
An annexation fee of $500.00 payable upon delivery of petition to annex to the city shall be collected by the clerk/treasurer. [Ord. XI-4-18, § 1, 1994.]
2.45.020 Collection and administration.
The city clerk/treasurer shall be responsible for the collection and administration of the annexation fees. The fee shall be applied to such expenditures related to the annexation process incurred by the city including but not limited to advertising and mailing costs, copying costs, SEPA processes, etc. [Ord. XI-4-18 § 2, 1994.]
