Chapter 70.93 RCW is hereby adopted by reference as the Waste Reduction, Recycling, and Model Litter Control Act as set forth in full. Chapter 7.80 RCW, Civil Infractions, is hereby adopted by reference as set forth in full. [Ord. 95-1 § 1, 1995.]

8.40.020 State statutes – Violation.

Violation of the provisions of Chapter 70.93 RCW constitutes a civil infraction and will be prosecuted according to the provisions of Chapter 7.80 RCW, Civil Infractions. [Ord. 95-1 § 2, 1995.]
