9.45.010 Statutory provisions adopted by reference – Controlled substances.

The city adopts by reference in its entirety Chapter 69.50 RCW, Uniform Controlled Substances Act, as this chapter currently exists, or as it may from time to time be amended, and all laws enacted which may add to or supersede this chapter, as part of the criminal code of the city of La Center. 9.45.020 Statutory provisions adopted by reference – Legend drugs – Prescription drugs.

The city adopts by reference in its entirety Chapter 69.41 RCW, Legend Drugs – Prescription Drugs, as this chapter currently exists, or as may from time to time be amended, and all laws enacted which may add to or supersede this chapter, as part of the criminal code of the city of La Center.
