11.04.050 Piers – Lighting.
In the interests of safe navigation and the protection of property, the city may establish standards for the lighting of piers in the harbor. (Ord. 709 § 3, 1997)
11.04.060 Blowing down boilers – Underwater only.
It is unlawful for the master of any vessel or the engineer or person in charge of any engine or fire room thereof to blow down boilers and/or tubes or emit soot therefrom or cause or allow the same to be done while lying at any pier, except through an underwater exhaust or outlet.
