EMPLOYEE BONDS
Section:
2.84.010 Bonds Required.
The Finance Director/Treasurer, City Clerk, and Police Chief, in accordance with RCW 35A.12.080, along with other City of Lake Stevens employees whose duties include the receiving and/or accounting for, or the issuance of receipts for moneys, funds, grants and or deposits paid to or deposited with the City shall be bonded by inclusion in a faithful performance surety “blanket” bond. Said blanket bond shall have an annual term and shall be in the amount of not less than two hundred thousand dollars.
