LAGOON DIKES

7.30.010 Maintenance.
The Board of Sewer Commissioners of Lake Stevens Sewer District, Snohomish County, Washington, agrees for itself and successor Boards that it shall provide sufficient financing, personnel and equipment to maintain the elevation and section of the lagoon dikes in its treatment facilities to be constructed in accordance with the recommendation contained in the report of Dames and Moore, consulting engineers, dated November 13, 1967.
