FEASIBILITY STUDY

7.40.010 Agreement process.
In furtherance of the District’s purpose to provide and operate a system of sewerage for collection and treatment of sanitary sewage, a process for entering feasibility study agreements is hereby adopted. [Res. 607 § 1, 1996.]
7.40.020 Form of agreements.
Such feasibility study agreements shall be in substantially the same form as Exhibit “A” attached to the resolution codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference. [Res. 607 § 2, 1996.]
