ODOR COMPLAINT COMPLIANCE

11.15.010 Policy.
(1) As the Lake Stevens Sewer District Sunnyside Wastewater Treatment Plant is registered with the PSCAA, it shall comply with the PSCAA’s applicable clean air compliance requirements.
(2) The District’s General Manager or his/her designee is authorized to establish a form or other District publication needed to implement the requirements of the PSCAA.
(3) Records of submitted odor complaints and any associated determinations or resolutions will be maintained by the District in accordance with applicable PSCAA and Washington State records retention schedules. [Res. 1035 §§ 1 – 3, 2022; Res. 912 §§ 1, 2, 2016.]
