9.44.010 Wilful destruction of property unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person or persons within the corporate limits of the city to purposely, wilfully or maliciously injure in any manner, or destroy any real or personal property of any description belonging to another person, or in charge of another as agent or factor. [Ord. 4 § 9, 1906.]
