The Leavenworth Shoreline Management Master Program dated April 22, 1975, is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety, and the city of Leavenworth 2012 Shoreline Master Program and associated documents, as set forth in Attachment “A” attached to the ordinance codified in this section, are hereby adopted and are incorporated herein by this reference. 16.12.020 Amended.1
The Leavenworth Shoreline Management Master Program dated 2012 is hereby amended to incorporate the Washington Department of Ecology required and recommended corrections, as set forth in the attachments attached to the ordinance codified in this section which are hereby adopted and are incorporated herein by this reference.
