10.70.010 Severability of title provisions.

If any paragraph, section, chapter or other portion of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance codified in this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of the ordinance codified in this title are severable. (Ord. 2122 § 1, 1983).
