14.04.010 Specifications adopted.
The city adopts by reference the most current edition of the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction prepared by the Washington State Chapter American Public Works Association and the Washington State Department of Transportation, and the APWA supplements to the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications, and incorporate the same in this chapter as though set forth in detail herein to the end that all the specifications, rules, regulations and requirements as set forth therein, and each and every part thereof, shall henceforth be the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction in the city. 14.04.030 Public works or improvements, except local improvement districts.
Except for such public works and improvements as are provided for by Chapter 14.08 LMC, public works and improvements shall be governed and controlled by RCW 35.23.352, and the other applicable chapters of the Revised Code of Washington specified in RCW 35A.40.200.
