RESIDENTIAL DENSITY INCENTIVE FUND

3.17.010 Fund created, source of monies, and expenditures.

(1) There is established a “residential density incentive fund” into which all payments for residential density incentives collected pursuant to Chapter 22C.090 MMC will be deposited.

(2) Expenditure of funds collected to residential density incentive assessments pursuant to Chapter 22C.090 MMC are subject to the restrictions of that chapter and will be used only for identified capital projects. (Ord. 3342 § 1 (Exh. A), 2025).
