The hours of operation of city offices will be from 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; provided, that the mayor may alter the hours of operation of city offices on a temporary basis as the mayor deems necessary for the efficient operation of the city or to address particular needs of the city.
