3.40.010 Park and open space acquisition and development fund created.

A special fund is hereby created and established to be known as the "park and open space acquisition and development fund" (fund). The fund shall be dedicated to the acquisition and/or development of parks and open space benefitting the city of Mill Creek; provided, that funding of the same or similar activities through other mechanisms shall not be precluded by this chapter.

3.40.020 Funding and allocation.

The city council may, in each annual budget and as may otherwise be required, allocate and appropriate from city revenues monies required to carry out the purposes of the fund.

3.40.030 Accounting and operation.

The fund shall be subject to and operated in conformity with standard administrative and accounting procedures of the city for like funds.
