17.40.010 Enforcing official.
The directors or a designee shall be responsible for the enforcement of this title. (Ord. 2005-609 § 2)
17.40.020 Right of entry.
A. An enforcement official may enter, at reasonable times, and with the permission of the owner or person in possession of the premises, any building, structure or premises in the city to perform any duty imposed upon him by this title.
B. The city may obtain a judicial warrant for entry as permitted by law. (Ord. 2005-609 § 2)
17.40.030 Approvals.
A. No license or approval permit shall be issued unless the use of a property conforms to the requirements of this title.
B. No building permit or other permit shall be issued until the plans, specifications, occupancy and use of the structure conforms to the requirements of this title.
C. No license, permit or approval shall be granted until all fees and expenses required and incurred under this title have been paid. (Ord. 2005-609 § 2)
