Standard Specifications For Municipal Public Works Construction

11.36.010 Portions adopted.
Sections 12 to 57, inclusive, of Division II, pages 18 to 88, inclusive; sections 60 to 70, inclusive, of Division III, pages 89 to 108, inclusive; sections 72 to 78, inclusive, pages 109 to 121, inclusive, of Division IV; and Standard Plans (Drawings), pages 191 to 265, as they apply to related work herein included, of the 1969 volume prepared and published by the Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works Association, three copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk of Montesano, together with any amendments or additions thereto, are hereby adopted by reference as city ordinances of the city of Montesano, Washington, relating to streets, sidewalks, sanitary sewers and storm drains, water distribution and related work and standard plans and drawings as they relate to the above described work. (Ord. 966 §1, 1974).
11.36.020 Copies on file.
Three copies of the 1969 volume herein described and amendments and additions thereto are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Montesano, Washington, for use and examination by the public. (Ord. 966 §3, 1974).
11.36.030 Penalties.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundred dollars, or be imprisoned in the city jail for a period not exceeding six months, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 966 §4, 1974).
